How to enrol in a dissertation

Update : 01/22/2024

Admission is accorded by the Director General of L'Institut Agro Montpellier on the basis of a proposal by the PhD school’s director after consultations with the thesis supervisor and the director of the research unit.

Registration is compulsory each year. This takes place from 1 July to 15 December. If you are doing a jointly supervised dissertation, you will have to register in both institutions each year, but you will only pay registration fees in one.

L'Institut Agro Montpellier can only enrol or re-enrol you after consulting your PhD school. If you are defending your dissertation between September 1 and December 20, you must re-enrol, be up-to-date with your social security contributions and provide proof of civil liability coverage during your presence in the laboratory.
