International double-degree opportunities

To achieve its goals at the international level, Montpellier SupAgro is committed to a partnership policy of offering double degrees with international institutions. These key partners, with recognized sub-regional influence, are located in areas that are strategically important for Montpellier SupAgro and the Montpellier agricultural research hub.


Double engineering diplomas

Double engineering diplomas enable students enrolled in this international partner university to join a master’s level programme at Montpellier SupAgro and allow engineering students enrolled at Montpellier SupAgro to obtain a second international diploma awarded by a partner university.

European Master double degrees

The purpose of these agreements is to offer a broad range of international students the best European courses in the targeted fields.

Plant Health (since 2016)

PlantHealth

Partner institutions: Polytechnical University of Valencia (Spain), University of Göttingen (Germany),  University of Padova (Italy).

Vine & Wine (since 2009)

Vinifera Euromaster

Partner institutions: Hochschule Geisenheim University (Germany), Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros Agrónomos-ETSIAAB University of Madrid (Spain), University of Lisbon (Portugal), University of Turin (Italy), University of Udine (Italy).


Dual degrees

Dual degrees allow international students pre-selected by their home institution and winners of a specific competition, to obtain an engineering diploma from Montpellier SupAgro, or a master's degree for a pre-identified course.

Training programme:

  • Dual degree Sustainable Agricultural & Food Systems for the South, option: Innovation, development and entrepreneurship in food processing for tropical and mediterranean countries

Jointly supervised dissertations

Jointly supervised dissertations are carried out by students enrolled simultaneously at Montpellier SupAgro and an international partner university who are doing their research in Montpellier SupAgro research units or partner research organizations with the aim of obtaining a double diploma awarded by both institutions.
