Studies, consulting services, engineering, assessments, and training for actors involved in the sustainable development of the South.
The DEFIS team consists of agricultural and agri-food engineers and assistants who mobilize all available resources to optimize their support.
Our missions are in line with Montpellier SupAgro’s scientific policy, with projects positioned at the centre of cross-cutting training and research axes:
- Professionalize training programmes, help students find employment and promote entrepreneurship within IRC;
- Jointly develop solutions by accompanying, training, and advising professionals in agricultural and agri-food sectors;
- Strengthen agricultural training programmes in the South (higher, technical, and vocational education).
